Patrick Punch & Co was established in 1989 and is currently advising on retail and leisure property projects with a value in excess of £100m.

This highly focused area of expertise ensures results can be delivered for clients whether from a landlord’s perspective on lettings or freehold sale, or an occupier’s point of view on site finding and leasing / acquisition, to a consultancy role on a new development project. Consequently we enjoy an enviably high profile in each of the relevant market places for retail, restaurant / leisure, local centres and hotel development.

Additional areas of specialisation are Local Centres and Hotel Development. Various projects are currently being worked on in these two rapidly expanding market sub-sectors.
