Houghton Regis is a small town with a population of 18,500 located 2 minutes off J11A of the M1 via the newly opened M1 link road 8 miles south of Milton Keynes. The north of the town has seen substantial residential expansion (Regents Place comprising over 200 units with the last few units sold May 2019). Taylor Wimpey, Linden Homes and Bellway are all now on site with sales and occupations well advanced.
