Love Wolverton is a £34m mixed-use regeneration project in Wolverton town centre, a historic railway town in Milton Keynes directly connected to both London and Birmingham. Designed by Stirling Prize winning architects Mikhail Riches alongside Mole Architects, and led by award-winning developers TOWN and Trivselhus UK, the project will create 100 new homes and 12 commercial units in the heart of Wolverton town centre.
The scheme will re-unite two key commercial areas in Wolverton – Church Street and The Square, re- energise the town centre with 250 new urbanite residents and will build on the strong independent culture of the town through a curated retail offer.
We are seeking expressions of interest for the retail and leisure offering, specifically targeting the likes of craft beer operators, artisanal bakeries and coffee roasters as well as a convenience store and other retail uses to help serve the entrepreneurial and artistic community of Wolverton through this important regeneration project for Milton Keynes.
Summary:
There will be a range of commercial units available on new leases with terms to be agreed.
We are seeking early expressions of interest from potential occupiers in the retail, food, beverage
and craft sector. Occupiers with the ability to sign pre-lets for pipeline sites of particular interest.
Specifcation:
The units will be provided to a standard developer shell specifcation including shop fronts.
Planning:
The units will beneft from A1, A2, A3 and A4 uses, subject to planning.
Timings:
The units are expected to be available for tenant fit out 2021/2022.
