Love Wolverton is a £36m mixed-use regeneration project in Wolverton town centre, a historic railway town in Milton Keynes directly connected to both London and Birmingham. TOWN developed the planning application for Love Wolverton with an award-winning team of designers, which has been retained by Milton Keynes Council to oversee technical design and delivery.
The Council’s investment in supporting works will deliver a new town centre car park at St George’s Way to replace the Agora car park, plus public realm improvements to Church Street which will help to knit the new development into the existing townscape. There will be 86 generously-sized new homes for rent, ranging from 1-bed flats to 4-bed family houses, including at least 31% affordable housing.
Demolition of the old Agora building is complete.
We are seeking expressions of interest for the retail and leisure offering, specifically targeting the likes of craft beer operators, artisanal bakeries and coffee roasters as well as a convenience store and other retail uses to help serve the entrepreneurial and artistic community of Wolverton through this important regeneration project for Milton Keynes
Summary:
There will be a range of commercial units available on new leases with terms to be agreed.
