Punch Retail and Leisure are pleased to announce that we have agreed terms for a 15,000 sq.ft showcase unit to Rutland Cycles at Lloyds Court.

Rutland Cycle are a second generation family business and trade from 15 stores so far.    Rutland’s stores feature dedicated Electric Bike Centres and offer a wide range of products and services to all types of cyclists, from children learning to ride their first bike, through to performance athletes.

Lloyds Court continues to undergo a full refurbishment with Patrick Punch & Co acting as letting agents for the scheme.  Other lettings at Lloyds Court have been agreed with Schmidt Kitchens, BoConcept, Lloyds Bank, Indigo Sun, Peri Peri Chicken and many more.
