Ben Cohen and Kristina Rhianoff have signed a 15 year lease to expand their Soo Yoga into Sol Central.  The 13,000 sq.ft unit will combine the Yoga centre with a wellness facility and a vegan cafe.  The unit will occupy what was once the BST mixed martial arts academy (which has now moved to Sixfields).                                                                                           

Patrick Punch Retail and Leisure introduced this unit to Ben and Kristina and agreed the terms of a new 15 year lease.  Sol Central has undergone a number of enhancements tailored to the scheme and are now working to improve the offering so that Sol Central continues to hold a greater appeal to a wider catchment that will include the affluent surrounds of the town.

      Patrick Punch Retail and Leisure are pleased with this  latest letting and have got encouraging interest in the remaining space which shows improving confidence in the leisure sector.
